Prom

So friday came and it was that one day when the girls get all glammed up and the boys get all suited up and off they all go to their prom. A night of awards, dancing and a lot of hairspray! 

I must admit i wasn't really that excited but i loved every second of the day that i spent getting ready. I suppose getting your nails, hair and make-up done isn't that bad after all.

It was the last time that i was likely to see a few people which was a weird feeling; the fact that i'm going into sixth form and likely to encounter a lot of change in terms of just my life in general really hit me. Besides the strange feeling of growing up ever so quickly the night was very good. In contrast it was also lovely to see many of the people who i haven't seen since the end of my exams.

Weekly update- My apologies

My deepest and utmost apologies for my inability to get this blog post up on time!

So this week (well last week, this could get confusing) was a very relaxed week, it was basically me getting into the swing of an exam free lifestyle, which i must admit is a wonderful lifestyle to live.

To finish the week in style i went to my cousins wedding and had a lovely day; the sun was shining and i got to spend some quality time with my family, especially my youngest cousin, who may just be the cutest little dude ever. Happiness certainly dominated the day and the bride looked beautiful.

I found the flowers-in-a-shoe table decoration so very cute. Although my photography skills here aren't that great.

I'm back!

So it's been a while, too long for my liking but i survived the dreaded exam season and i'm back ready to start some very exciting summer projects. The 33 days of hell consisting of constant exams strangely felt like it flew by but that's probably down to me wishing for more time to revise almost all the time. 

Anyway...

Expect a lot of photo blogs and weekly summer updates over the course of the next 12 weeks. There's going to be a weekly update on whats been happening put up every sunday, starting next week and to replace the wacky wednesdays (which will return in september) my favourite photo, of the week occurring, will be uploaded. 

So here's to some very exciting projects.
